Jan 20th, the day I've been waiting for...

...but I didn't hear anything.  Confirming what had been in the back of my mind: that Jan 20th was just a guess by the recruiter.  I wasn’t really all that surprised when evening came and I had heard nothing.  So I emailed the recruiter to ask if she had heard from GEPIK yet.  I figured she hadn't but I just wanted to remind her that I am sitting around waiting to find out if I have a job.  After an hour or two she replied back that she talked to someone at GEPIK and they are still working on it, and I would hear something this weekend at the earliest, or next week at the latest.  It’s like they just have to keep the suspense going.
